2. System Characters

  1. Small and compact size, use common air-cooling system.
  2. Fiber output, can apply flexibly, and easy to make 3D processing system.
  3. Install backward reflecting isolator, which uses the particularity of wavelength and direction of laser, and the special structure inside the backward reflecting isolator, to block the laser reflected by work piece, in order to avoid the laser enter the laser oscillator again to damage the laser oscillator.

Function: To extend the longevity of laser oscillator. Laser will form diffuse reflection while marking on the metal object. Part of laser will be reflected to the beam output gap, and enter the laser oscillator through optic path system. This will cause severe damage to the laser oscillator and shorten its longevity. Backward reflecting isolator can block this part of laser effectively to protect the safety of laser oscillator. After installing the backward reflecting isolator, customer can mark in the whole area including the laser central position. Metal material with high reflectivity can be also marked.

 

3. MACHINE STRUCTURE

laser fiber optic laser marker YLP-F20M is mainly composed by control system, computer control system, optical system, cooling system and worktable (ALL-IN-ONE STRUCTURE)

1) Fiber laser oscillator

fiber laser oscillator combines multi-module pump-light with coupling technique of dual cladded-fiber, which owns single-module fiber core, to achieve side-strengthened parallel fiber LASER. The following states its main characters:

  1. Good beam quality, TEM00 single-module output, after collimating diameter is 10mm, M2<1.8, divergence angle of beam is 0.24mrad;
  2. After focusing, the diameter is very small, the peak power density working point is very high, which is about 109W/cm2 especially suiting for dine marking and slotting etc.
  3. High pulse repetition efficiency (20KHz-100KHz) especially suits for high speed marking.
  4. Adopts no maintenance main oscillating power amplification technology and seed light source pulse generation technology which is high reliable, mean time between failure(MTBF) can reach over 100,000 hours. Be able to work 24-hour continuously, no need to maintain, which save the maintenance and running cost.
  5. High overall photoelectric conversion efficiency, no huge power supply system.

2) Control system

The control system controls the running of whole fiber laser marking machine, including the control and power supply to optical system and cooling system, the control and indication of alarm system.

3) Computer control system

Computer control system includes computer, D/A transform interface circuit and marking control software. D/A transform interface circuit transforms the digit signal output by PC into simulating signal, and then drive the optical system to output pulse laser according to the parameter set in the marking software, thus to mark the content accurately on the work piece.

The control software runs on WINDOWS XP, English interface, is compatible with documents output from AUTOCAD, CORELDRAW, PHOTOSHOP, CAXA etc. It can handle marking of bar codes, 2D code, graphics context, etc, support file formats such as PLT, DXF, BMP, etc. SHX and TTF character stock can be use directly. The system has automatic coding function, it can print sequence number, batch number, date, etc.

4) Optical system

Optical system includes laser oscillator, expander, scanning system and focusing lens.

The key components of optical system are all used imported high quality products, which owns high precision, high speed and good stability, ensuring long-hour continuously working requirement.

5) Cooling system

Convenient air cooling system supports long and stable running of the system.

5. REQUIREMENT OF FIBER LASER MARKING MACHINE RUNNING ENVIROMENT

  1. Ambient temperature 15-30℃, air-conditioner needed.
  2. Humidity 40%-80%; No dew; dehumidifier installation needed.
  3. Power supply: 220V, 50Hz (60Hz).
  4. Power supply net undulation: ±5%; Power net suited to the international standard. Area with voltage amplitude above 5% should have automatic digital voltage stabilization and steady flow system installed.
  5. No strong electromagnetism signal interference around the equipment installed. No wireless injection station (or relay station) around.
  6. Groundsill swill: less than 50um;Vibration acceleration: less than 0.05g. Avoid too many punches and other machine tool equipments setting around.
  7. No smoke and dust in the equipment space, avoid operational environment with much dust such as metal polishing and rubbing.
  8. Air pressure: 86-106kpa
  9. In certain environment, anti-static floor, strengthen shield and the other equipments should be installed.
  10. Strict quality requirement of the circulating water for cooling use. Pure water, deionized water or distilled water are preferred, water contains much metallic ion and other minerals such as tap water, mineral water should not be used.
